These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of Xyndara.com during the early MVP phase.
By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms.
Xyndara is an early-stage product. Things will evolve as we learn from real use.
1. What Xyndara Is (and Is Not)
Xyndara is an experimental social platform focused on learning, collaboration, and community.
During MVP:
• Features are limited
• Systems may change
• Nothing here should be treated as final or guaranteed
Xyndara is not:
• a financial product
• an investment platform
• a promise of future tokens, rewards, or income
2. Accounts & Profiles
To use Xyndara, you need to create an account.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account.
You may use a pseudonym.
You control what you share on your profile, including:
• name or alias
• avatar
• short bio
You are responsible for the content you choose to display and post.
You must not:
• impersonate others
• misrepresent affiliations
• use the platform for fraud, scams, or harassment
3. Content You Post
You are responsible for anything you post on Xyndara.
This includes:
• text posts
• links
• images
• profile content
•
You must only post content you have the right to share.
You grant Xyndara a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display your content solely to operate and improve the platform. You keep ownership of your content.
We may remove content that:
• breaks these terms
• harms others
• creates legal or safety risks
• clearly does not fit the purpose of the platform
4. XP (Xyndara Points)
During MVP, Xyndara uses XP (Xyndara Points). In parts of the interface, XP may be labeled 'credits'. This label does not imply monetary value, redeemability, or any entitlement.
XP:
• is experimental
• has no monetary value
• is not a token
• is not transferable
• cannot be sold, traded, or redeemed
XP exists only to:
• test engagement
• explore incentives
• learn what feels fair and useful
XP rules may change, reset, or be removed entirely during MVP.
When practical, we will give notice before major XP changes or resets.
No expectations should be formed around XP.
5. No Financial Advice or Guarantees
Nothing on Xyndara is financial advice.
We do not guarantee:
• growth
• rewards
• future features
• future tokens
• continued access to specific systems
Participation is voluntary and at your own discretion.
6. Platform Changes & Availability
Because this is an MVP:
• features may be added, removed, or disabled
• data may be reset
• layouts and flows may change
• downtime may occur
We aim to communicate clearly, but stability is not guaranteed at this stage.
When practical, we will give notice before major changes, resets, or removals.
7. Account Deletion
You may delete your account through your account settings.
When you delete your account:
• your profile is removed
• your personal data is deleted where technically possible
• some public content may remain anonymized if required for platform integrity
8. Community Standards
We expect:
• basic respect
• good-faith participation
• openness to learning and feedback
We do not tolerate:
• harassment
• scams
• exploitation
• deliberate disruption of testing
Access may be limited or revoked if needed to protect the platform or community.
9. Eligibility
You must be at least the age of majority where you live to use Xyndara.
We may refuse, limit, or revoke access to protect the platform and community.
10. Disclaimer
Xyndara is provided "as is" and "as available" during MVP. Bugs, downtime, and unexpected behavior may occur.
We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
You are responsible for backing up any content you post if you need it retained.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xyndara is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, loss of access, or loss of use arising from the MVP.
Nothing in these terms limits rights you cannot waive under applicable law.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, or that create safety, legal, or operational risk, with or without notice where appropriate.
You may stop using Xyndara at any time.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Xyndara operating entity is established, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Any disputes will be handled in the courts with jurisdiction over the Xyndara operating entity, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
14. Third-Party Services and Links
Xyndara may allow links or integrations to third-party services (such as YouTube). We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, policies, availability, or actions.
Your use of third-party services is governed by their separate terms.
15. Feedback
If you send us feedback, ideas, or suggestions, you give us permission to use them without restriction or obligation to you.
16. MVP Notice
Xyndara is in early development.
These Terms & Conditions are a living document and will evolve as the platform grows and as we learn from real users.
